We answer some of these publicly in the reader mail column. Tell us your dog's age, breed-ish, weight, and what you have already tried. If it is urgent or medical, please call your vet instead of waiting on us. We are slow and we are not vets.
Corrections
Put CORRECTION in the subject line and we will get to it faster. We note changes at the top of the post rather than editing quietly.

We do take sponsored work, on the terms laid out in our disclosures. We do not accept pre-written posts published under our writers' names without a partner-content label, and we do not run copy claiming a product treats or prevents disease. Please do not send us a product and then ask for the review to be positive, because we will just write about that instead.
Where else we are
Nowhere, really. There is a weekly email and that is the whole operation. We tried Instagram for eight months in 2022 and it made everyone miserable.
